Custom Screen Printing

Screen Printing is a process that has been around for decades, and the basic principles have stayed the same. With the advent of new technology, we are able to print better, more detailed shirts than ever before.

We can print up to 6 colors on our automatic press. An example of this is the Berkeley County 4-H shirt pictured at right. With 6 colors and highly detailed artwork, we can achieve near photo quality.

We can also very easily print highly detailed one color prints, as in the Sensel Signs example. The letters in this shirt have a diamond plate pattern that shows up very well with just one color.

The number of colors we print on your shirt determines the cost. This is why we recommend higher quantity orders for multi color shirts. However, we can do small runs of full color as well.

Our minimum order for screen printing is one dozen. We can do any large quantity you require, and the cost per shirt drops as the quantity goes up.
